How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched within one week of purchase, unless otherwise advised. Orders ship via USPS using the most reliable service for your order and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 days after shipment.
Do you offer shipping outside the United States ?
International shipments are available exclusively through requests via email. We will review request quote a price to accurately reflect shipping costs.
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the item and remove it from our available inventory. This deposit ensures your order is secured and allows us to coordinate the necessary arrangements for international delivery.
International customers are responsible for any custom duties, VAT or import taxes charged by their country.
What is your return policy?
Final Sale Policy:
All purchases are final. Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our ceramics, we are unable to accept returns for refunds.
Damage or Breakage:
If your item arrives broken or damaged beyond what is represented in the photographs provided prior to purchase, we are committed to addressing the situation promptly. Please email us with photographs of the item within seven days of receiving your order.
